I'm looking at some of our bigger remodel projects and need some advice on notes. We have a standard set of notes for this client and they are for the most part the same in every job. In CAD there are demo keynotes, new work keynotes and a slew of general notes that aren't referenced directly. The general notes I can drop into a key schedule with no problem but I'm not sure what to do with the Demo and New notes. Combined there are close to 500 notes. Since I don't think I can use 2 keynote files I'm stuck with either a massive list of keynotes or... ? I know in the past I've seen it mentioned to use note blocks for demo notes but from what I can tell that would mean manually entering a ton of notes since it doesn't look like I can reference a schedule key to the generic annotations or import the notes in any way.
Is there a better method for handling this?
edit - Each set of notes is on it's own page, the plans barely fit on a 36x48 sheet, so note by sheet wouldn't really work either.
